Hope House Mission values your privacy.

We take every necessary precaution to protect you and the privacy of the information you give to us. When you submit sensitive information via our website, your information is protected both online and off-line.

If you make a donation on our website your sensitive information (such as a credit card number or address) is protected with the best encryption software in the industry – SSL. While you are on a secure page, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked.

We use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online and we also do everything in our power to protect donor information off-line. Donor names, addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses as well as the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices and is never shared, sold or otherwise disclosed to anyone outside the organization.

Hope House is a wholly owned subsidiary of City Gospel Mission. We use the personal data we collect in order to communicate directly with you, track and process the donations you send in order to give you a donor receipt, statement or thank you.
